Hello Little Familia,
So, this week we had the baptism of Macarena, but it was kind of crazy. The other missionaries in our ward had 3 baptism´s too so we were going to do them together. They went in the morning to fill the font, but they left it on and when we got there like 3 hours later the whole church was flooded, so we spent about two hours sweeping all of the water . Then we refilled the font and had it ready just in time, so it all worked out in the end, but it was kind of crazy for a while.

Damian and Judit are taking out a date to be married today, but because of the way their licenses work, the date´s not going to be until February. But they are really excited to be married and be baptized so they can raise their little family in the gospel. It brings me such joy to know that we can be together with our families forever, and that we have the opportunity here to bring others to that joy and the hope that the gospel brings.

Now to explain the picture of the turtle from last week: the turtle peed on me. He peed all down my pants while I was holding it, and then they took a picture, it was pretty funny. The strange old man holding the turtle in the other picture is Hermano Lopez. We eat at their house every Tuesday. They have a bunch of birds and animals running around in they yard, and we decided to take pictures with the tortoise and it peed on me, so that´s the story with the turtle.

I´m glad to hear that everything is going good there; it´s a lot more like the Christmas that I´m used to with the cold and the snow. (although we usually don´t have the snow, just the cold). I opened my little tree decorations today, and they are quite linda (which means pretty and beautiful in Spanish). Well I´ll talk to you next week.
